1 General Information & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between ber 365 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). ber 365 provides online betting, gaming, and related entertainment services for users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.3 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported to ber 365 immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit funds into your ber 365 account using a range of local payment methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is clearly stated on the payments page.

• Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate betting activities.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited – deposits must be made from your own account only.

3.2 Withdrawals

Your account must be fully KYC-verified before you can withdraw winnings. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Ber 365 may temporarily place a hold on any withdrawal for security verification purposes. In such cases, you may be asked to submit additional information or documentation.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

Transactions on ber 365 can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For foreign currencies, a conversion rate will apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

4 Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is placed on ber 365, it is final. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error on ger 365's end, ber 365 reserves the right to void the bet.

• Odds are subject to change at any time; the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.

4.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally refunded. If an event is postponed, the outcome is determined in accordance with ber 365's policy. Special rules apply to live betting.

4.3 Live Betting

Ber 365's Live Betting section lets you place bets on matches in real time. Odds change rapidly during live play, and ber 365 is not liable for any bets not accepted due to connection or system issues.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Policy

All bonus offers on ber 365 must be used within their specified validity period. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, and withdrawals from bonus funds will not be permitted until those requirements are met.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once; claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• There may be a maximum stake limit on bets placed with bonus funds.
• Ber 365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time without giving a reason.

5.2 Cashback & Reload Offers

Ber 365 cashback offers are generally calculated as a percentage of net losses over a specified period. Cashback is subject to wagering requirements and will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Ber 365 monitors bonus system abuse closely. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or system manipulation will result in account termination and forfeiture of bonuses.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ber 365:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Depositing funds linked to money laundering or illegal activity.
• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools.
• Attempting unauthorized access to ber 365's systems or networks.
• Opening an account under a false identity or submitting fraudulent documents during the KYC process.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other users.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.

7 Account Closure & Deactivation

7.1 Closure at User Request

You can close your ber 365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled and withdrawable balances returned before the account is closed.

7.2 Closure by ber 365

Ber 365 may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).

7.3 Inactive Account Fee

An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, and ber 365 will notify you in advance.

8 Responsible Gaming
